I've been doing business with Interactive AV-IT for approximately 15 years and have had nothing but excellent service from them. They are very responsive, quick to diagnose the issue and get me back on line. In all the time I've been doing business with them, I have not lost any data thanks to the back up systems they have put in place for me. They keep me up to date with all the software and hardware that I need to keep me on line. It's very rare that I would recommend a company, but I would not hesitate at all to recommend Interactive.

Interactive AV-IT has managed all of my IT and Data Systems for over a decade. Through out that time I have had two catastrophic issues and they always respond quickly and professionally and got us back up and running. Most recently they deployed a VoiP phone system for us that has allowed my team to seamlessly transition to remote work and saved us a significant amount on our monthly phone bill. When it comes to supporting our IT the most important thing is trust. Over the past 10 years Interactive AV-IT has continued to earn our trust and our business.
