I really loved my experience at F45 Hauppauge! The place is clean ! The trainers are super friendly and they teach you all the correct movements to prevent injures ! I have a gym at home but I prefer to go to f45 to me its the perfect way to start my day !

Chando Gabby and Christian bring an awesome and motivating energy to the room and make working out actually fun. The classes themselves are challenging yet able to do at your own pace so you can get the results youre looking to achieve. So happy to have found this place and looking forward to meeting my personal goals with them! PS- Chandos playlists are the best :)

F45 has such a positive team training environment! Each class has a different workout to keep you interested and on your toes. Experienced coaches are there to help you with all your questions and to motivate & support you!

I love the Hauppauge F45 Training facility. The trainers are great, and make sure each person is using correct form during the workout. I love how clean the facility is and how much fun it is to workout in a team, but also, 1:1 - as I look at this as a 1:1 session due to the smaller class size. The best decision I made was to join.

I have been at F45 Hauppauge for one year now and still am so excited to show up to class everyday :) The coaches are the best and make every class fun !!!
