Kitchen sink and bathroom tub had been draining slowly for months. I like to do a lot of home repairs myself but I couldn't figure out the issue. I was dreading calling someone and having them mess around and not really fix the problem. My only regret is I wished I called Glenn earlier. Extremely professional, he took the time to figure out exactly what the issue was. There was a bit of extra complexity involved as we have 3 different cesspools, but Glenn tracked the issue down to one of the pools being full. Extremely respectful of our property and time. Job was done quickly and cleanly. Everything is draining great again. Hard to imagine that getting your cesspool pumped would be a pleasant experience, but it was!
