Everyone knows the importance of having a good doctor, lawyer, accountant, etc. However, it is just as essential to have a good professional tradesperson such as a professional plumber if you are a home or business owner. I am a seasoned engineer with detailed knowledge of if a job is done right or not. Therefore, I am far from the layperson. Finding a company that meets my approval is without a doubt a reason not to look further.
Many people post reviews on social media sites and the likes such as Facebook, Angies List, Home Advisor, Town Mom’s sites, et al. It should be noted, the importance of taking into consideration the source and motive of the reviewer. Recommending a plumber is not like recommending a restaurant where everyone’s tastes vary significantly! This type of recommendation is not only based on experience but on facts.
Harry Gang Plumbing has been in business for 100 years and now in its fourth generation. Obviously, they must be doing something right!
I have utilized the service of many plumbers throughout the years. Recently, I was in need of a plumber and did not want to waste valuable time in the vetting process. My sister was undergoing a major remodeling of her home and I queried her about the plumber that her contractor uses. I contacted Lenny Gang (President) and have utilized his service on two different occasions now. They are experienced professionals, reasonably priced and clearly understand customer service. Not only is it a pleasure to work with Lenny, his son Matt (4th generation) is the most respectable and knowledgeable young man. The apple did not fall far from the tree!
