Rite Aid

I LOVE Rite Aid! I'm on the road a lot for my job and frequently stop for various items. In all my travels, this store in Lakewood is really inviting. The store is clean, well set up so things are easy to find and the staff is always pleasant and helpful. Even though there are competitors in the area, I much prefer the Rite Aid. Thank you for your professionalism and caring about your store and customers so much!

Good location with other relevant stores located nearby if youre out shopping. The store itself is clean and the staff is pleasant and helpful. I see them going out of their way to assist customers and showing integrity and care. Weekly ads have good deals and theres usually products that pique interest. All and all, I recommend this establishment.

Rite aid needs to step it up a notch before they lose my business altogether. I take a controlled medication that needs to be filled regularly and I can not miss doses of this medication. When I get to the drive thru to get my medication I am told that it won't be ready for hours or until the next day because they are so backed up. They also do not answer the phone when I have called over and over again to check to see if my prescription is ready. This is annoying and very unacceptable. Might be going elsewhere if they don't get it together real soon.

Why does Adam act so miserable all the time? Seems to be a popular opinion yet there he is. If the location wasnt convenient, Id hit the road. He is all sass and no class like his eyebrows

I used to love going to this Rite Aid and employees were kind. I went there frequently. However had to stop going due to the pharmacist, Adam, who was extremely childish and rude to me in front of my sick 8 yo daughter.. With a sick child in the car who felt miserable and could've went without hearing a manchild screaming at her mom and a mom worried about her sick child, he literally had a tantrum, made a facial expression as only a toddler would have while throwing a tantrum, and yelled at me for asking a question( IN FRONT OF MY SICK KID). Really was hoping he got the help he needed since, but according to the reviews, he is still miserable. When I called another pharmacy to switch and I told them I was done with him and his 5 yr old condescending attitude and moodiness, she sighed and said "oh yeah, we already know about him. Hear that a lot." LOL.Seems to be the consensus. I haven't been back since.
