        DO NOT book this hotel! The reviews are true. I called multiple times to either have no one answer the phone, have a woman answer and only say hello then hang up on me. I called Choice Hotels customer service and reported it as you are still able to book through multiple apps and sites. I also reported them to the NY BBB.

        ZERO STARS! SCAM!!! Booking via hotel website was confirmed. Afterwards I wanted to ask for a statement regarding previous reviews and the comments about this hotel being a shelter for women and homeless. None of the e-mail addresses provided on the websites imprint or Facebook page are valid. I get a delivery failure after sending. Do not book this hotel!! I dont know if it even exists but Choice Hotel is not reachable via Mail or Phone which is absolutely unprofessional, dubious and not acceptable under no circumstances!
