Amazon ran an ad with a photo of a Convatec 10 in 1 & 3/4 pouch for 58% off of $33.14 (the price of a box of 10). The sale price was $13.93 (1.39/count)I have an ileostomy & I thought this was an amazing price for what I thought was a box of pouches which are normally 33.00. I received my order with 1 single pouch in a Ziploc bag. I called customer service & they said that they sell single pouches for a little over $3.00 and they would refund my money. I then received an email from their sales department stating that the order was correct, ad was not misleading & I got what I ordered (a single pouch for $13.93) I have now been going back and forth with them. The customer service rep was nice & understanding but the sales department has been rude and will not admit that their ad was misleading & incorrect The ad is now gone but I have a screenshot of it. I was charged 5 times the actual price of an individual pouch. To charge $13.93 for a single pouch when a box of 10 cost $33.00 is price gauging & wrong. The customer is always right but not at Garner Supply

Ordered a $500 table through Amazon and cannot get a straight answer about whether or not the item has shipped. I've spent 2 hours calling and chatting and calling carrier when I was finally given the information. According to carrier's page, Garner generated a manifest 6 days ago but its never been picked up. Have a feeling it wasn't in stock and I'm just getting the run-around. Can't get a straight answer from anyone and I need this table in my office this weekend.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I placed an order on the 21st of May for $39. On the 24th of May I received an email asking me to call them because my billing and shipping address needed to be verified. (Please note: The order went through via my credit card successfully as with all orders I place online.) I called and the representative said "We just need to verify your billing adress and you shipping" I verified everything, she assures me the order is placed and everything is fine. The very next day I get a call from the company telling me once again I need to verify my billing and shipping address. I verify everything again and Don tells me the order is going through. They tell me it takes 5-7 business days, it is now June 3rd. I call them again asking where my order is, they tell me it is cancelled because my address could not be verified. I explain I had two previous conversations verifying my address, I even asked if they wanted me to send my ID and bank statement. I received an email asking me to call Don (Senior Manager) he tells me he cannot process the order because they do not know if it is a scam. He then asks me why do I have a different billing address and shipping address. At this point I told them to forget about it and I will NEVER place an order with this company again. A $39 scam for a 12 pack of lemonade. WOW!!!! They can keep it.
