I miss having them in Lindenhurst but Maria was so helpful when I went there. She was sweet & solicitous, discussing my needs & giving me her email. This way I can place my order via email, phone or fax. It's a front office w a small amount of stock. The rest is in the warehouse. I will absolutely order what I need from them again. Why can't all businesses operate this helpfully. Thank you Maria

My husband had hip surgery and we needed a hospital bed . We needed an extra long bed husband is 6'7. Donna from H&J called me the day before he was being released from hospital and promised she had the extra long bed and everything I needed to bring him home. Well I brought my husband home and an hour later they tried to deliver a bed that didn't have the extension. So Donna lied. Now my husband has no bed and Donna and the owner Sean are not returning my calls. NO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Now my husband has to sleep in a freaking chair till I can get a damn bed. Jerks

I had to order a transport chair for my Dad. I can't say enough nice things about this Medical Supply Company. Everyone answering the phone was very helpful and polite. I had a problem with the prescription the doctor wrote and Anna went above and beyond to straighten this out for me. I am sure she was very busy but she kept in touch with the doctor and me and it all worked out. Thank you Anna! I would definitely recommend H & J Medical Supplies.
