It's rare to notice excellent customer service at these types of places but this FedEx was efficient, helpful and friendly to ship a couple of gifts.

This is the worst UPS Store ever. Horrible customer service, unhelpful and rude staff, dirty facility. Save yourself time and to a different location.

The person standing at the desk on 3/28 was rude, condescending, employed foul language toward the customers. He clearly did not want to work there.
