I commissioned these people to pick up a couple items from a nearby auction house after receiving an emailed quote which I agreed to. Nearly 2 weeks pass and I get a call from them that my items are packaged and ready to ship, however the price is now double what they originally quoted. I was told the original amount was an "error" and that I can either accept the new price or they can take them back to the auction house. Most auction houses require items to be removed within a time limit and now that 2 weeks had passed returning them wasn't an option so I ended up paying the difference. I found the whole thing to be pretty sleazy and will be sure to stay away from here in the future.

The most friendly and competent people. Everything with shipping to all parts of the world (like Japan) - they do it wonderfully.

I have used Manhattan Mailroom for the past 5 years. They have always been extremely efficient and courteous. They know my mailbox number so I never have to wait for pickup - it is ready as soon as I walk in. In short, Anthony and Ayana are very professional and very friendly. I recommend them highly.
