Definitely worth the low cost. You are able to see a fair amount from the trolly itself, but it also stops at several key locations and you can board as you please.

The driver was rude after I had just got out of the hospital and was high on pain meds. He did t even want to go find a nurse or someone to fix the mistake on my paper.
