My husband and I are first time home owners and Dom was absolutely wonderful to work with. He spent over an hour with us answering our questions, explaining our different options, and was extremely knowledgeable about the pre-approval process. He went out of his way to ease our concerns, provided us with detailed notes/explanations, and was incredibly kind and professional. A+ customer service!

We dealt with Shelby LeMay at the Trustco on upper Union Street. My wife and I were hesitant as we approached Shelby only because our interactions with personnel at this Trustco has been frustrating, needless to say she was amazing. She was patient, answered every one of our questions and was super patient. She updated all our accounts and explained all entries we found questionable. It should be noted these questions were due to a passing in our family. She was outstanding!! pleased with our experience.

Always giving wrong information the worst bank ever they are so slow with transcations being cleared from accounts And the customers have to.pay for it
