I originally had a cleaning scheduled for December in which they called me to cancel because staff wanted to take vacation that week. Ok, but annoying for those of us who need to schedule time at work for appointments. Rescheduled for January. Got a confirmation text confirming a few days prior. I confirmed the appointment. Showed up on Friday to a locked building and heard a recording saying theyre closed. I left them an angry message and sent an email, an hour later a frenzied staff person calls me no less than 6 times in 15 minutes from a blocked number.
Her text and voicemail were defensive and unapologetic saying she had a date stamp of calling me and sorry youre upset..but. NO. I am the paying customer. You just say so sorry this happened what can I do to make it right. Dont accuse me of doing something wrong. Literally the second time my appointment was canceled, regardless of the reason. Also, dont call patients from blocked numbers! Any modern iPhone will send it to spam as it did with me! They should confirm through email or text that patients got the information. Now Im a month late for my cleaning and seemingly have no dentist. Had a good experience here prior. Very disappointed.
Update: Months later, still no apology. Bad customer service if you cant offer a mea culpa. I would have been a lifelong customer.

Dr. Saldana is the sweetest, most gentle dentist I have ever experienced. The office staff are all compassionate while having awesome sense of humors. Conversation ranged from snow flakes to seagulls!! Keep up the great work WIS Dental!!!
