This place is totally different than sefcu wasi personally think it needs alot of working for the customers needs instead of being on the phone and getting nowhere me and some other freinds ar thinking about going to a traditional bank

Not at all happy with this merger. Love cap com but sefcu sucks n now my banking is not the same n got major run around today. U made a misstake cap com n now your gonna lose business

Nothing but a nightmare dealing with this institution. They cannot figure out how to update my address, sent over 100 emails. Causing all sorts of issues with homeowners insurance company and untimely impacted my credit score which was a nightmare to fix. Terrible.

Ever since sefcu changed to Broadview IT SUCKS!!!!! Broadview needs to train their staff better with info thats being relayed to account holders. I received three cards (three different times over the last few weeks) that had the wrong name listed on each of the cards I was requesting. Each time I was assured, the name is correct on their end. Called in for a fourth time today and they said they will get one to me but if I want expedited I could pay extra. Im said Im not paying extra for an error that was not mine but on the companies so she got the fee waived because it was agreed that it was not my issue. The other three people that I spoke to, the other times all told me I would be able to use my card until I got the new ones issued each time. The last three times wasnt an issue waiting for each card to come. The girl today assured me ALSO that I was able to still use my card until the new one came. I went about my day went to go use it in the afternoon, and the card declined. I said no it should not its a brand new card and theres money in there. Can I try it again? declined again!! So I had to embarrassing put my things back because I didnt have another form of payment on me at that moment. I called the bank and they said that representative I spoke to this morning shut my card off and Ill be able to get my new one in the mail hopefully by the end of this week. They had no other resolution for me and could care less. It was getting to be there time to clock out for the day so the representative and their supervisor were not caring, helpful or apologetic for broadviews multiple issues. Or the fact that the representative had my card shut off and didnt tell me she told me opposite, which was my card that I physically have in my hand still would still be able to be used until the new one came in the mail to me.
