Oh my gosh! This is not a 4 star like the online review states. The room we stayed in was small (we stayed in a room with a king bed, so not sure if they're supposed to be small), the lighting was poor, the bathroom door does not slide all the way shut giving you no privacy because it was on one of those barn like sliding doors, the location is A COULLE OF STREETS DOWN FROM A PRISON!, there's hobos out on the streets at night, there's a creepy old park across the barely noticed street, the pool is 4 ft deep max, their inside restaurant has like 4 options for breakfast, and their coffee will give you hair on your chest - and if you already have hair, it'll probably strip you of them. Yeah, it's that bitter! Practically every place to eat closes at 10 pm (even a majority of the fast food places). The only place we found that was opened past 10 pm was a McDonald's down the street. But be prepared to wait at least 50 mins from arrival to getting your food. We did go to the Apple Bees down the street, but they locked their doors at 9:30 pm. when they're supposed to close at 10 pm, and this was on a Sunday. The only thing that was good and consistent was the service by the staff. One more thing, the hotel was surrounded by drunks inside (patrons) and outside when we arrived. They were loud, and you could hear them out in the hallways. I hope you have a better experience if you choose to stay here. That is all.

How is it that you have somebody going around stealing all the housekeeping's tips and nobody does anything about it? Where are the people who are in charge? Then you don't have the proper supplies that they need to take down the rooms and change them out. This hotel is supposed to be by Hilton. This is a shame everybody at Hilton should be embarrassed. The manager doesn't even show up to work... This is crazy how this hotel is... Honestly the people at Hilton should do an investigation on how this hotel is being ran...Smh
