Smells like urine all on the hallways and the rooms. Shelter people live there and drug addiction all over. Don't come to this place you won't feel safe!

Management heard my concerns and quickly and professionally rectified the concerns. Gave us partial refund and housekeeping went above and beyond. Thank you!! Will stay again if I return.

I never write reviews, however this place was bad enough that it prompted me to write one. In an effort to make travel as cheap as possible, I always pick the lowest priced hotels around. However I regret doing it this time! Walking into the lobby it already smelled really bad . Old and smoke smell combined. And Immediately upon entering our room, A large bug dashed across the sink counter. Next we found out our deadbolt would not work. Both of our double beds sheets were filthy with stains. And the wall next to one of the beds was absolutely disgusting mess stains all over it and black marks. If it wasn’t 1130 at night I would’ve left and found a different hotel. And on top of that they have this crazy in-depth policy on damaging and messing up the room that in addition to paying for your hotel they have $100 deposit on your card it takes like five days to get reimbursed. We’re such a thorough policy I thought for sure the rooms and be in better shape than they were.
