        They randomly called me to the front office and fired me while I was in the middle of a job on my first 30 days and felt the need to make sure I leave the property like they were worried I was going to try to stick around. Like I did something wrong but their excuse was "I wasn't the right fit for the job." No one told me I did anything wrong before they fired me. The decision was made before the supervisor Tyler even spoke to me and gave me no chance to improve. Nothing I said would have made a difference
