        My husband (who has never done pilates in his life) and I had a session with Michelle today. All I can say is it was nothing short of amazing. My husband has been struggling with back issues and has had no benefit from PT or Chiropractic. He said after one session with Michelle doing Pilates he felt better than he has in months. She is amazing and the studio is beautiful and spotless. I highly recommend!!!

        Best yoga in capital district!  Michelle is not only an amazing, motivating instructor, she's also one of the  nicest people I have ever met.  All of her teachers are excellent!!
