        Finding Inner Bliss yoga has been a transformative experience for mephysically, emotionally, and spiritually. Over the past few months, I have taken classes with Mary Clare and almost every instructor who teaches here. The teaching staff is uniformly excellent, and, importantly, every student is uniformly welcomed, respected, and treated lovingly. My strength and my curiosity increase daily, and the class meditations encourage students to turn inward and explore self-inquiry as a way to Peace and Truth. Inner Bliss offers great promotions!         From the moment you walk in, you feel welcome. The classes are great for all levels, the instructors are unique to their individual specialties, and there are so many wonderful additional events that it's really a well rounded studio. Inclusivity and comfort are top priorities and it shows. I love coming here!
