      image Its obvious that they have employees both past and present write their reviews. Two years ago had my wisdom teeth removed, I work in insurance so I had called prior to going to ensure everything was covered. It was per my insurance. However, after getting the quote they tell me theres an additional $1500 fee. I ask for the CPT codes, as I want to verify with my insurance the issue. The issue was that Aspen uses codes for services they dont actually render that are well outside the purview of a simple extraction.
      Fast forward to yesterday, my insurance has changed and there are limited participants. I call, verify they still accept my insurance. Arrive for my appointment and lo and behold they do not participate but want me to pay out of pocket entirely.
      This is unfair and a bait and switch tactic. Buried under all the employees reviews youll find many ppl who have similar complaints to mine. Heed those unless you have deep pockets and money to burn.
