I will never do anything with this bank again. They did my loan for my house and told me that they could underwrite VA Loans. It turns out they can't. I was locked in with a decent interest rate with Northern, and as a result of them lying about being able to write VA Loans, I had to go to a different bank and lock in a new and higher interest rate. (interest rates were going up at the time this occurred).

It would be cool if there times were updated on the website. Says they are open on Saturday until 9-12. Even went to the door and it said they should be open but werent.

These ppl are literally the best! Best customer service and so friendly and SUPER HELPFUL. Best CU Ive ever banked with. Monique and Stephanie and all the team are amazing
