Dr. Joseph E. Margarone III, DDS

I had my wisdom teeth removed this morning by Dr. Margarone and it was a very smooth and quick experience, hes kind and help to settle my anxiety going into the procedure. I would highly recommend him for any needed dental surgeries.

I highly recommend this place. Dr. Margarone and his staff are professional, informative , capable. They took great care of me . Dr. Margarone is up front and straight forward with his patients. I had 2 impacted wisdom teeth removed ( with just local anesthesia) at the age of 40 and he did a great job - quick extraction, explained the healing process in great detail and I didn't have any complications.

NO STARS. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. Sent a resident there today and got a phone call stating I need to send someone with him due to his not being able to fill out the paperwork. I informed her this was an independent living facility and we don't send staff with the residents. She said, " We don't help them with that either, so send him to ECMC." First off, they could have sent the paperwork prior to his appointment and he could have received help filling it out. Secondly, there was no need for her to be discussing this with other staff in the office when I answered the call. Thirdly, FIND A DIFFERENT JOB IF YOU CAN'T BE NICE TO PEOPLE!! More than one resident that lives here sees Dr. Margarone. Let me rephrase that: USED to see Dr. Margarone.

I had a dental implant performed by Dr. Margarone. Prior to the procedure, he expertly explained everything to me in language anyone could understand. I was pleasantly surprised that I was so comfortable during the procedure- I barely felt anything (including the delivery of the local anesthetic). I was pretty anxious when I learned I needed this procedure, but Dr. Margarone and his staff made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The experience was very positive and I would certainly recommend to anyone who wants not only the best outcome, but a pleasant patient experience.
