        This place went down the toilet when Van Metre took over! Rent went from $900 to $1170 the first year and from $1170 to $1428 the second year. My furnace was exploding for months before they finally fixed it and after installing water meters my pipes screamed for months before they finally bled the air from the line (the entire building complained on a weekly basis)! Last week we all got letters saying we would be required to sign a lease addendum to start paying water and sewer, despite our leases stating Van Metre pays water and sewer. The dumpsters are often over flowing and cars get broken into.

        Sooooo excited to be able to move into my new 2 bed apartment. Took a tour with Jasmine and she was a DELIGHT!!! Absolutely recommend this property to anyone moving to the Burlington area thats looking for nice clean apartments with TOP TIER staff and management!!
