198 Milltown Apartments

I visited 198 Milltown and when I walked in the man was with someone. I was never acknowledged, no" Hi I will be right with you" or anything. I sat right inside the doors in a green chair once the lady he was helping left he never came out to see if I needed help or if he could help me at all. I got up and left.

I love 198 Milltown! The community itself is pretty clean and all of the residents I have met so far have been very friendly. There are residents and families from a number of backgrounds here, which we love. My partner and I moved here to be closer to our jobs and have really enjoyed living here. The community is fairly quiet and pretty clean. The amenities are probably one of the most impressive pieces. The gym has all of the equipment that most people need to get a good workout in, the yoga studio is spacious, and the club house and pool are probably our favorite features! Communication from the mangers has been quick and informative (and the gentle reminders are appreciated)! We also have two dogs who, of course, love walking around because there are a number of other pups here. Additionally, the pet spa and dog park are great! The location right off of I-40 is nice, especially if you might enjoy a quick trip to Greensboro or Durham!

I've been here since Oct and I really love it here. The staff in the office is always responsive and very nice and have helped me out multiple times. They were kind enough to put a package inside my apt once when it arrived and I was out of town. I've had one maintenance request and it was done quickly. The property itself is pretty quiet; I never have issues with neighbors being too loud (and in fact I know my nearest ones in passing and enjoy their friendliness). Very safe area that is conveniently located near shops and restaurants. The internet is a small complaint, as it can be spotty at times or slow as heck. The grounds are well maintained and dog waste fairly managed. Overall, if I leave it will only be because my commute is about 40 mins to work, but I like it so much here that it's worth the drive 🙂
