        5 stars to Nessa on the maintainence crew!!! Doesn't matter if it's rain or shine she's always out and about picking up around the complex and tending to various things. That girl moves! And always such a doll. As a single mom it really makes me feel comfortable to know if I have a problem I'm not having some random creep come into my home. But a friendly face that's seems to ALWAYS be smiling. Thanks forestdale for having a great gal like that leading the way for a more comfortable home-like maintenance experience!!

        **** We are being told the residential office is exercising their right not to renew our lease in May without a cause. We are a family of 5 with three little ones. This has been in the making for a while. I guess the manager, Heather finally got the courage to do it. Discrimination Spiteful causes If you are not interested in someone exercising their power over your family think again about moving here. *****
