SCAMMERS!!!! its been 2 months and they seem to be refusing to give me my damn money back , the Property Manager never returned my callsso now I have to go up to this apartment to act a damn fool. They take your money fast but dont want to give it up. I also sent an email to corporate a month ago and no response

I love Rivera! Its in a great location near so many different things. I never have to drive too far for most of my needs. Although there were a couple of adjustments for me initially(since it is a brand new complex) I feel very comfortable and at home now. Cindy (the new property manager) is the best property manager Ive ever seen. Shes very professional and will make sure every need gets met!! She even personally came to my townhome to check on a maitenance request and make sure that Im a happy resident. I believe these town homes are wonderful for the price and Cindy makes it even better. The homes are affordable to rent considering they are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Its nice and quiet with friendly staff/neighbors. Ill recommend anyone to live here :)

Josie was great helping my family and I really appreciate her time. Living here has been the best. Josie and Elizabeth are great! These townhomes are perfect for a family. They made our moving process a smooth transition. I would defintely reccommend this community!
