Quickest purchase process I have ever had for a vehicle. Super respectful of my time, showed me what I wanted to see without pushing other vehicles. When it came time to talk numbers they were very transparent right from the gate, no back and forth really. Wasnt even planning to purchase today, but between the service, trade value and pricing it didnt make sense not too. I appreciate it!

After buying a truck from a different location a week earlier, we needed a new transmission. This location was kind and so helpful to us when we were in a bad situation. They fixed our problems and got us back on the road in a reasonable time. But more important than that, the customer service was above and beyond and I'm so grateful to them.

Trent is very rude and disrespectful. He hung up on me when I brought a problem to his attention. My husband owned his truck for less than 30 days before the check engine light came on, only to find out the throttle body is bad, the PCV valve is bad, and Cox service department put the wrong oil in the truck the day we bought it and they did an oil change. I reached out to try and resolve the problem only for Trent to refuse to help and hung up on me without giving me a chance to speak. I would never ever recommend this dealership to anyone. If I could give this place a ZERO I would!! I honestly have never ever heard such unprofessionalism and dishonesty from a business!
