Purchased a new 23 ram 2500 drive it less than 2k miles and it died while backing into a parking spot. Had no electrical or mechanical control causing me to bump into a light pole, had to have it towed to cox where it was purchased like my 4 other vehicles. The service department called and advised there was a wire connector that was not installed properly. They fixed the no start and lost power issue but the damage to the bumper and bed were stated not their problem and to call mopar. They did not try to submit it to mopar and when I called mopar I was told the dealer needs to start a claim I took the truck back and was told they would not assist. This deal was good up till this truck. I will never buy another vehicle from them or have my vehicles serviced there.

By far the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership and repair shop. No sense of urgency, zero customer service, absolutely would never go here again. When the tow truck driver asked me where I was taking it and I told him at this location, his response was " are you sure ", I should have taken the warning then. My truck went to this location for two new wheels which nothing else was explained to me was an issue. After 2 weeks the wheels came in they installed them I was called to pick it up, I was able to take a left hand turn without holding the wheel the alignment was off so much. I've then left it another week to be called and told it was ready and then called to say their foreman checked and there was yet another issue they had found, that took yet another week to fix. After a month of not having my vehicle I was finally able to pick it up and I still feel I need to take it to another repair shop to have it checked out to make sure it is actually fixed. I will do everything in my power to make sure everyone I know understands this place is not where you want your vehicle for repair. I should have paid the tow truck driver twice as much to take it to any other repair shop then this one.
