0 STARS!! Wouldn't have even given this branch a one star. Horrible experience, had gotten a car loan from them..paid it off and was never late on a payment. They managed to bill the correct address for the last 2 years for payments but as soon as I paid the loan off and was expecting my title in the mail I discovered they had been sent it off almost 2 months ago to the wrong address and one I haven't been living at in over 3 years. No notice stating I paid the car loan off and no other information has been sent to the correct address since its been paid off. I have a whole title to a brand new car floating around somewhere and have to go to dmv to file for a new title due to their lack of care once they recieved all their money. I guarantee if I was late on a payment they would have sent a notice to my current address or at least called to verify what address they would be sending that late notice too. Would not trust this branch with ANY personal information. 0 STARS!!

Beth Phillips is one of the sweetest and most helpful Employee there. She helped me very patiently with my loan and has such a wonderful personality. I wasnt rushed or treated badly in any type of way. She treated me like family and was very friendly. I truly appreciate good customer service and care which is what she provided. Thank you Beth as you are absolutely wonderful & take pride in your work which seems to be rare these days but you have it down packed!! :)

Your personal information is not safe here. Had personal info which caused issues at my job. Thought confidentiality was number one rule at a bank. I guess the svp doesnt really care, as he knew about it also. Received a paper letter in mail stating a employee had accessed my accounts and was not authorized. Waiting on Secu to replace money that a forged signature was used to remove money out of my IRA. I guess that Secu thinks its ok for members money to be removed with forged signature, and not worry about the member getting fees and fines from the irs. Lets add more to the story. Still waiting in Secu to put funds back into account. Its crazy, the bank admits they know there was fraud and forgery, the bank admits that it knows who it is, the bank also admits they know others who helped in the situation , but they are still dragging as to why funds have not been put back into account. Have been in contact with Rich holder who has admitted all of the above information, but still wants to try and cover up a situation that is on video camera and was done very blatantly over time and was added by other employees. It appears from what rich holder has stated, many employees are and was involved with the situation, very sad! But I do think its time to finally hit the news up!
