Relax Foot Spa

The people who work here dont speak English which isnt a problem in of itself since they use Google translate but it might bother some people. I made a same day appointment and had a very nice foot massage with a friend and then made an appointment to go back with another friend. On the day and time of our appointment my friend got their first and they literally pushed her out of the waiting area to the sidewalk and told her they had other people there and to come back after 6pm (in 35 min) so she was outside when I showed up and then they did the same thing to Me. I kept saying but we have an appointment for 5:30pm and she kept saying peoole come we do other people first, you come back so Im thinking they took a walk in?? Or never wrote our appointment down?? Either way it was very disappointing since I had arranged for child care and we were on a time limit to get back to our families. Sadly, since I cant count on my appointment being honored I cant support the establishment.

They have always been amazing !!! Sophia and Mary were two that I frequently had as therapist not only did they welcome me with a smile the do a great job I have nothing but great things to say about them I had shoulder surgery a about 3 months ago and they make sure Im good
