        I waited 20 minutes for crickets. No one is ever in the specialty section. If I could get the crickets on my own I would. This happens every time I go to this petsmart. Go to pet supermarket they care more about their customers time... they also have air condition.

        The atore is ok. I gave it two stars for a few reasons. 1. The prices are about 30% higher than an average type store. They do sell name brand items but they are marked higher than normal. 2. The stores for Petsmart are all outdated. They lack any real modern feel. 3. There is usually a long line to check out. 4. The rewards program is out of date and you get very little in rewards to begin with.
