This was my third time using Adams Towing and recovery. I had a flat tire in Western Guilford County, and since my car didn't come with a spare tire I called Triple A. They dispatched Adams to come get my car and myself. The technician Kenny arrived in less than two hours and got my car loaded up and took us back to Burlington. We enjoyed good conversation on the way back and discovered we have a mutual acquaintance. Good service from these guys,always. Service: Car towing

My car wouldn't start and I needed a jump.I called my insurance company to have someone come out. The guy stole the battery panel cover from my car. I didn't realize it until I needed another jump and my insurance company sent out a different company. When I called Adam's towing I was told that the guy no longer works there. Ok, fine. So I asked (since you are liable for your employees actions) will my cover be replaced. The lady acted as though it wasn't their problem [because they fired him] and I was bothering her. She was insinuating that since he no longer worked there I should be ok with her answer. She also tried to put the blame on me by saying the cover may be somewhere in my car and asked if I looked. The windows on my car was up when this theft happened. She had an attitude and told me that someone was going to call me back but she didn't know when. I don't think she even wrote my name or my number down and I never got a call back. Unfortunately I have to file a complaint and a claim with the insurance company for this company's lack of taking ownership and their rude receptionist or whoever she was. Service: Battery
