I came to this branch for a join account and credit card, customer service is excellent I was greeted and did not wait long, the bank is clean and has a beautiful decor, the banker CARLOS TRIANA was excellent with his knowledge and very friendly. Above expectations, I recommend this branch

I opened an account at Steele Creek Chase, I was assisted by Carlos Triana, excellent attention and kindness, committed to his work... and his plus is that he speaks Spanish.. Thank you very much!!

I went to this location at 4:33 to open up a business checking. I spoke to Zuka whom told me to come into his office to do so only to learn he then wanted me to make an appointment because it's now 4:40 and they close at 5. I've been in banks when they have closed at 5pm and people are standing in the Teller lines and they are serviced even after the bank has closed it could be 5:30 before they clear out the lobby sometimes. I've also seen Bankers still helping customers that are in the office after 5pm! Why is Chase so differen? Zuka says it takes about an hour to do it. So that means you're only opening up about 5-7 accounts a day. I was referred to Chase says they're good for small businesses better than Wells Fargo but if Zuka is the face of Chase I better stick to the rivers and lakes I'm use too. I'm disappointed that I wasn't able to use available time wisely to do something good for my business. Zuka obviously doesn't know how hard it is for business owners to take off work to handle business.
