Mission Triangle point is a great community to live in with quick access to the interstate .When the kids are out for the summer the property is still very quite . We are close to all the restaurants and shopping .The team is very friendly with great customer service - I love the events the office has for the residents once a month. I am please to called mission at triangle point home .

A big shout out and thank you to the maintenance team... John Edgerton specifically. Thanks for replacing the kitchen faucet assembly in such a timely manner. Whenever I have a maintenance issue, you always respond the very next day to assess and rectify the situation. Whether I'm home or not, I can always look for a call letting me know the status of my request. To the management; the acquisition of this employee was spot on. Whatever his salary is, he's worth every penny. Great attitude and very humble. Thanks again.

John E. - Maintenance Man THIS MAN WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! I was laying down around 8pm, recovering from spine surgery for the past couple of months and WHOOSH! There was water all over the bathroom floor and flooding the bathroom quickly. I moved as fast as my body would allow to grab towels and a bucket. I called the office and followed procedures for after hours emergencies. John calls me and instructed me on how to shut the water off. Not even 10 minutes later, he is at the door. He evaluated the situation and said that he could get the repair done on Monday. Mind you, it's a Saturday night and this man was in good spirits considering that his evening has been interrupted. BUT WAIT - THERE'S MORE! Today is Sunday and John calls to check on things. 10 MINUTES LATER, he is back at my door and has the piece to do the repair! Monday, where? Thank you, John! I appreciate you getting this resolved in such a short time-frame!
