The pricing of these tiny apartments is outrageous. The maintenance team doesn't do anything! Can't even change an air filter or fix 3 out of the four messed up doors in my appartment. When they made an attempt to fix the doors they used a hammer and grinder. Never even opened the front door when fixing our screen door. To no surprise all doors got worse not better. For some reason they believe it was necessary to have windows in the showers. They don't like to do walk-throughs and if they do they will say anything to get you to move in. Like the fact that all of our doors were to be fixed inside and out and the fridge sanitized and cupboards repaired. Even the cupboards and drawers in the kitchen are all missing handles, I've almost ripped off a good few nails at this point opening a drawer. On top of that for going on two years now the keep a massive construction dumpster in the "back yard" area completely fenced in because people from all over town started showing up to throw their crap in it. It has been non stop banging and smashing around sense I moved here. They even threw away smoke detectors and the fire department had to come and climb the fence and dumpster just to shut them off. Hopefully you dont have pets because they have to be locked up 2-3 times a month for maintenance to come into your appartment home or not and pretend to work. The smoke detectors will be set off once and that is all for the maintenance checks! The bug spray they use is supposed to be pet safe but my cats throw up hair balls for a day or two everytime they come. Can't even enjoy time outside because it looks hideous. Just a note to the crew of Keystone. Welcoming our new leasing agent Lauren. Very professional and helpful. We sure appreciate you and Megan who continue to be prompt with issues that may arise. Especially to the maintenance crew, Bryan, Alex, Christian and Pablo who we miss seeing at the Oaks. Always with a good attitude. We thank you.

Great welcome! Cuyler Best Apartments has far exceeded my expectations! Crystal was phenomenal in helping me through the process of leasing and very welcoming. She is an efficient communicator and is very pleasant to deal with. Any issues that were found during the move in was completed thoroughly and promptly by Jason and Chad. All around, great first impressions! I hope the experience keeps going better!

Keystone Management is a phenomenal apartment agency that I been with going on 7 years. The manager of the establishment in Goldsboro (Crystal) has been absolutely outstanding. She is very kind, compassionate, direct, and completely transparent with information pertaining to finding and renting an apartment. Chad and Jason are superior and wonderful maintenance men. They are great at their craft and have top notch skills when it comes to addressing and fixing any issues. Cuyler Best Apartments is in a great location, it's peaceful and relaxing, and an all around great place to live.
