Andi was amazing! She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and help me with my claim. Once I received my VA rating she walked me through all of the benefits I am entitled to. You may have to wait a little bit in the office but it was well worth it in the long run.

Personnel is very nice and friendly. Amy Smith was a God send for me . When I walked in her office I was as lost and clueless as I could be. When I left her office I felt so hopeful in receiving help for my husband. I have to say that I love her personality and the fact that she cares and so willing to help.

The staff at the Goldsboro VA Office were very helpful with starting my VA claim. I would recommend calling or setting up a meeting with them to better assist with the VA claim process.

I have read previous reviews but my personal experience has been somewhat stressful because of communication; I am in constant pain and coming Into the office and sit for 30- 45 minutes just to convey something a phone call would have taken care of is taxing. I have called left messages but got no response back is stressful just like anything else that has something to do with the VA hurry up and wait and each individual has a different story trying to achieve the same thing FUBAR OMG
