I must say I was apprehensive to hire anyone, since I am new to the area and just purchased my house 4 months ago. I Don't really know many contractors at this point, especially Plumbers. I determined I had a leak in the hot water line going from the hot water heater to the kitchen sink...mind you my home is on a slab...I spoke with several plumbers and Rosewood was recommended to me by an acquaintance. They came out and surveyed the property/house/ water lines etc....Wayne sent me an estimate of the work that would need to be done to take care of my issue. I looked at their reviews and saw that they have many positive reviews and decided to take a chance on them.
Wayne, Buck and Jose arrived in the morning after texting me to let me know they were on their way. They immediately got to work and spent the entire day rerouting all the hot water lines into the attic. I am so impressed with how courteous and respectful each one of them was toward me and my fur babies and my space....Not to mention the quality of work that was done. The cost of the job was right on target! They Did not go over the estimated price I was given initially which is refreshing. I can honestly say If you want quality work, at a fair price, with courteous Contractors who have the BEST Customer Service....hire Rosewood Plumbing...
I am one darned happy customer....
