Bob's Plumbing & Electrical

I have contacted this company twice for two different issues, one year apart. On both instances, the man who answered the phone said he was "a week behind" but that he would try to get to me perhaps late one day during the week. It must be his "go to" line because I swear he said the same exact thing on both times. I never heard back from him neither time. Thank goodness I followed my instinct the second time and called a different plumber who came the very next day and on time! That said, I wonder how it is that many companies in the Goldsboro area ever stay in business because this has happened to me with several companies like lawn care companies, painting contractors, etc - and I do mean more than one for these.
