I would advise anyone looking to rent a home to look elsewhere because they're very unprofessional and lack good communication skills. From my experience they give off a vibe that they pick and choose who they truly want to help . Otherwise they will stall you and lie to you and pretend to be doing their job when they know what their true intentions are from the start . They will take your money for application fees and know that they have no intentions on trying to help you. Trust they will give you a run around they will have you doing all of these things for an application process as they say when they know in reality they are not trying to help you. They're just collecting money for application fees and getting people a run around. Future tenants beware of this company very unprofessional and lack of communication skills and they will take your money and you're Left with questions and wondering why they couldn't be straight up with you.
