        Pushy and rude. Did not show up on the pre agreed on day then want everyone else to re arrange their schedule to accommodate her mistake. Would've rather dealt with a used car salesman then work with her again.

        Melanie Gates has been amazing to work with. I actually picked her based on her Google reviews as we wanted to work with a realtor in the Goldsboro area. From the minute we talked, we felt comfortable and after she showed us the first house, we know that this would be a great, easy and smooth process. We considered and looked at 4 homes and finally made an offer on a house in La Grange, that was near perfect for us. She helped us negotiate and guide us through the offer process, the inspections and was by our side at all times, and could not have been nicer and patient with all of my questions. I HIGHLY recommend working with Melanie Gates. She will be with you throughout the entire process.
