Vida Kannapolis

The maintenance staff have been top notch. Every time I've needed assistance, they have been so prompt and they do a fantastic job. Danielle and the office staff have been very nice and helpful. God Bless you!

The team at Vida Kannapolis is hands down the best. Jay, the Property Manager is always so kind, welcoming, and an absolute pleasure to be around. The staff really cares about their community and it shows. Everyone is so pleasant and greet you with a smile on their faces. All of this combined makes Vida an amazing place to live. :)

I have been living at The Vida for a short period of time. There has been some hiccups, but i want to commend Danielle for making the move-in process easy. She is also there when ever i have a question or need some clarity on polices. If you are interested in coming to the Vida, Danielle is amazing and will make the leasing process easy ! My only gripe about being here is the confusion surrounding the elevator that was needed move. We were told that the elevator at that time was full of cardboard and was closing in 30 minutes and could not be used. We decided to use the side street to move in- we ran into another resident that stated they had used the elevator and it was empty. The next day, The elevator was being used into the night for moving by a different tenant. I recommend that you clarify the use of the elevator when residents are moving in, as we were moving in with a few other new residents and had to use the elevator off the side street.

Everything has been great. The management team have been so helpful in making everything easy. Location is great. I would recommend this place.
