Legacy Lake Norman

I love it here so much. It literally is one of the best places I've ever stayed. Not only is there so much beautiful scenery around the Apartments, Everyone here is super friendly! Desiree has literally been such a delight And super helpful! If there's any issues at all , they are super quick to make sure your needs get resolved quickly And efficiently I've been here for a year now And this is home.!! All I have to say is if you are looking to move and you stumble across legacy of Lake Norman, I promise you, You will love it here!

I don't leave many reviews, but throughout my time here, Desiree has been instrumental in resolving things and has always been a great point of contact for any issues. She's a very charismatic individual who makes this feel more like a home than just another apartment complex.

Great property with a clean office. The manager was also friendly and very helpful with any questions we had. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a beautiful, clean and friendly environment.

Both Desiree and Keiondra are truly a pleasure to speak with. Desiree is very knowledgeable and helpful. So far, the neighborhood is pretty quiet. Everything is really well maintained.

I cant believe I already gave my 60 days notice. This apartment has been our home for 18 months now. We have to move out of state because of job relocation. This place is quiet and peaceful. My toddler enjoyed walking around the area every afternoon. Thank you to the management and thank you for accepting us. We will recommend this place to our friends.- Diane Update: For some reason, its very hard to get hold of the management after you move out. I wanted to get a copy of my final statement including my break lease fee and other charges but either through email or multiple phone calls nobody answers even during business hours on weekdays.
