If youre with AT&T, you need to see Richard at the AT&T store on River Highway across from McDonalds immediately. He did a fantastic job fixing our phones. He is the man.

I recently switched my family's account from Verizon to AT&T, and due to a mistake by a third-party vendor combined with the size of my family (7 phones + 3 watches), the initial order turned into a 10-day ordeal involving cancellation and multiple visits. Thankfully, Sabrinia at the AT&T store was able to help us get everything corrected and complete our transfer as quickly as possible. Now we have new phones and better service, and a place we can trust to go for support and future device purchases!

As soon as I entered I was greeted and taken care of. She was patient and understanding. The need to get my business phone back up was very important. So the quick response to get me back up and back to work was greatly appreciated.

I went in to switch from Verizon, and I got the absolute pleasure of getting to know Juan. He was very kind, very diligent, and made sure to keep my best interest in mind. He paid close attention to the large discount that I got (other employee didnt intend on giving it to me) and made sure I was taken care of. Hes also just a pretty down to earth cool guy. The painful experience of switching from an old plan to a new one, with a new phone, was very much as graceful as it could possibly get thanks to Juan. Overall he deserves a 10/5 stars
