We have recently finished our home build with Lakemist and are very happy with the outcome. From the initial consultation, Aaron (owner) made himself available to us to help with home plans, iron out options, and amicably resolve issues that arose. Likewise, our Construction Manager, Belinda, went above and beyond to ensure our wishes were carried out. She communicated often and never told us no to an on-site walk-thru. Christy, Office Manager, was a pleasure to work with and attended all our vendor meetings. We appreciated her prompt communication, as well. Tommy, Production Manager, was always spot-on with recommendations, catching issues early and working to resolve quickly and economically. Together, the Lakemist team worked diligently to complete our home on-time and with great precision. We are thrilled with the outcome and look forward to many happy years in our new home.

We have been extremely pleased with trusting Lakemist to build our home. Aaron and his team-Christy, Colin and Tommy were amazing to work with. We decided to build our home during Covid, and it was a very stressful & uncertain time to build a home as the material and house prices were constantly fluctuating. Aaron was very helpful in helping us find a lot that fit our requirement. He helped us find an architect to change our plans in a timely manner to meet the bank loan application deadline. The Lakemist team was very good at guiding us away from selections that had a long lead time and hard to get. The whole team worked extremely hard to complete our home in a timely manner and delivered a good quality, beautiful home. They stand behind their work and are more than willing to send crew to fix anything that needs adjustments. We heard so many bad stories before building our home about delays and disappointments. So, we were nervous starting the process, but we have been so happy and pleased with the quality, work, and timeliness of the house completion.
