They do not even deserve the one star. I believe some of these reviews are from their friends and family. First time building a home and I now have PTSD. Horrible experience, subpar work. Been in this home a year and a half, and Im still finding surprises that I didnt see before. They dont care about putting their name out there on below standard workmanship. They wanted the contract, then couldnt care less about the customers. The number one aspect of our new build that I wanted, I did not get. I should have known better; during the meeting before we signed contract, they never took any notes. Didnt care. This builder built 15 out of the 30 houses in our neighborhood; I know at least 6 of their customers that are not happy with the quality of their home. Including one neighbor that has been in litigation with them for almost two years. Avoid this builder at all costs. Do your researchI wish we would have listened to our gut and hired a lawyer to fight the contract. With the interest rates what they are now, we are stuck in a home that makes my stomach hurt, every time I think about it. Interview numerous builders before deciding. I could go on for days about this, and so could our neighbors.
