wow, expert well and plumbing service from honest people. I first called a major well company with national presence, the man came over, inspected nothing, and told me I needed a new well dug out. That was complete nonsense and very dishonest.
When Thompson came over the immediately inspected the well, all it needed was a new pump. This was done very professionally, and at a very reasonable cost. It is very nice to find honest people in this business who care about their customers. I couldnt be happier.

I didnt use their services, but they happened to be outside of my business when a large cooler was delivered on the sidewalk on a pallet. They saw me struggling and asked to help. These two guys were amazing and I am so grateful for their help! If they are willing to help a stranger, the I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you, guys!

Great service and especially customer service, by Thompson Plumbing! Dealing with Jessica and technician Russ was very professional and friendly. Do you appreciate customer service where you are treated like a "customer", then you'll love them. Service was on time, fairly priced and professionally installed by Russ. Honestly went back and forth on posting this for a long time. Its simple: they do great work - its high quality and lasting. Its also very simple: they are incredibly expensive. Long and the short: needed 3 toilets and a dishwasher installed. Guy comes over, looks at the toilet, looks at the space, tells my wife they need baseboard cut out, call us when done. No problem, done, called back, they came out next day. Worked for 4 hours, apparently it took 2 guys because I had skirt toilets that are heavy. Fine. Waited around for 6 weeks, no bill. Call up and they had the wrong address down, which is pretty surprising considering they had the address where the work was performed. Before I got off phone, I asked what do I owe? $1500 for 4 hours of work. After my jaw hit the floor, I was told that was industry standard. This is not true. I called around and got more quotes after the fact and in no way was this price accurate. In total fairness I was offered to pay what I thought was fair and in no way would I do that. I paid the full $1500 and said we wont be doing business there again. Beware, GET A QUOTE! The guy that showed up the day before could have explained to my wife: hey, thats a special toilet and Im going to have to bring another guy and its going be xx per hour now. Unfortunately, that didnt happen, but it should have. $1500 for 4 hours of work is 100% ridiculous. Great work though. Service: Toilet repair
