        I went to the store yesterday and the stores manager, Roger, helped me. It took me a little while to pick a phone but he was very patient. When I got home and was downloading my new content the phone started to lock up. So today I went back to the store and again the store manager, Roger, came over to help me and the process switching to a new phone was so easy!
