        Been a customer since 2014. No problems even when transition from BB&T. They offer a variety of services and competitive loan rates.

        Ever since Truist took over, it's been a hassle doing business with this bank. Have called twice this morning, can't get a human on the phone. The wait to speak to a human is over 60 minutes. Last time I was there in person, it was by appointment only. Hey, covid is OVER, let the customers back in the building. About to pull my funds out and take them to a higher quality institution... if I can ever get my call through.
