This was my first root canal at 40ish. Saying I was nervous is an understatement. Dr. Dalzell is a rare treasure. He is a pleasure to talk to and his work is precise. Had me in and out in an hour with little pain. I would definitely recommend Raleigh Endodontics to anyone in need.

The service and experience of the procedure was completely awesome and I could not have been happier. That is, until I got to check out and was told that I owed $200 for a 3D xray or CT scan of the tooth. Although advised they were doing it, was not advised of the out-of-pocket cost and was made to feel that I was lying about being told of the cost and that insurance would not help with any of it beforehand. I am giving five stars because ultimately the office did the right thing and worked with me, and that along with the great service (seriously, had a root canal procedure with no pain, no waiting, great chairside manner), brought me back to a five-star experience and I would definitely go back again.

I recently had a root canal procedure at the orthodontist's office with Dr. Luke, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. Dr. Luke's expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the entire procedure. He took the time to explain each step of the process to me, ensuring that I felt comfortable and informed. His gentle touch and attention to detail made the root canal surprisingly painless and efficient. The receptionist, as well as the dental assistant whose names unfortunately escape me, were equally remarkable. They were incredibly helpful, with all my concerns. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made my visit even more pleasant. Overall, my experience at Dr. Luke's orthodontic office was outstanding. I highly recommend him for any dental procedure, especially root canals. The combination of his exceptional skills and the attentiveness of the staff create a welcoming and comfortable environment. Thank you, Dr. Luke, and the staff, for providing exceptional dental care and a positive experience. Ill always recommend you for any root canal work! THE BEST!!!
