Worst experience EVER! They're absolutely horrible at : communication, organization, lead time planning, multiple people have been fired during the project already and still cant get them to step up to the plate. This project has been going on for almost 15 months and still not completed. Carolina Restoration is one thousand times better than mArco polo. Do yourself a favor and call another company.

I said that I was not going to post anything about my experience with ARCO because I informed them directly about my frustration with the entire process and out of respect for the nice people that work at the company, however today has broken the straw!!! After 15 years in our house about two years ago, we experienced a bad house fire, lost everything!! We have been back in the house for a little over a year and EVERY CLOSET HAS FALLEN!!!! I literally hung up ties from the cleaners in the coat closet and the racks fell!! My closet fell, my guest room closet and then tonight we get home from my sons track meet and guess whats on the floor, all of my sons clothes!!!! Outside of that I have had to spend thousands to fill the gaps between the walls and floors, the carpetforget about it!! My house was literally in better condition when we had the fire after 15 years then it is in now after just a year and a few months!!

From the moment that I had a flood in my shed, ARCO Restoration sent out the awesome team of Robert, Jose, Jonathan, Jair, and Tomas who were very diligent and professional in how they took care of the mitigation process. I am very impressed and grateful for what this team has done for me.

ARCO rebuilt our garage wall after a nephew bashed into it with a car. They bright in engineers to assess the structural damage and then set about the work. Their subs did quality work with attention to detail. Their project. Boozer, their project manager, communicated clearly and moved things along quickly.
